Wedding decor cost calculator
Work out what decorating your wedding will really cost by pricing each part separately: ceremony decor, centrepieces multiplied by your table count, linens and place settings, lighting and drapery, signage, then the delivery, setup and breakdown labour that carries it all. Add a designer fee if someone is styling it for you. See the total, a realistic range, and which parts move it most.

$1,500 to $5,000 is the usual path: ceremony pieces, dressed tables, some lighting, and a rental house delivering and collecting. Get the labour itemised separately from the items so you can compare two quotes on the same basis.
What this assumes, and where it could be wrong
Every one of these is a place the number could be off. They are here because you should be able to check our working, not because we are hedging.
EVERY PRICE ON THIS PAGE IS YOURS, BECAUSE DECOR IS QUOTED ITEM BY ITEM.
Your table count is the multiplier, not your guest count. Ten guests per table rather than eight removes whole centrepieces from the bill at the same headcount, and few other changes cut the bill as far for as little effort.
Delivery, setup and breakdown are labour and are frequently billed separately from the items. The load-out in particular happens after the venue's hard stop, so if everything must be gone the same night, somebody is being paid to be there at midnight. Ask whether breakdown is inside the quote or on top of it.
Check what the venue already supplies before hiring anything. House linen, glassware, chairs and basic uplighting are often inside a catering or hire package, and paying twice for linen is one of the commonest duplications on a wedding budget.
Flowers are their own quote and are not inside this total. Neither is the cake, the stationery you post rather than display, or the venue hire itself. This page prices dressing the room, which is why the ceremony and reception lines here are the decor rather than the florals.
