Restroom trailer rental cost calculator
Work out what renting a restroom trailer will really cost. Start from the rate you are quoted for the unit size, then add the lines that arrive with it: delivery and setup, the servicing that pumps and restocks it, a generator if the site has no power, a water supply if there is no hookup, and an attendant if you want one. See the total, a realistic range, and what each part adds.

What this assumes, and where it could be wrong

A RESTROOM TRAILER IS PRICED BY THE UNIT, AND THE RATE IS YOURS.
The trailer rate is one line, and the lines beside it can rival it. Delivery and setup, the servicing that pumps the tanks and restocks the unit, a generator if the site has no power, and a water supply if there is no hookup are separate charges. A quote that covers the trailer alone will understate what you pay for the day.
A restroom trailer brings no power and no water with it. It runs lights, a water pump and heating or air conditioning, so a site with a suitable supply saves you the generator line, and a site with a water hookup saves you the water line. A remote spot with neither means renting both, which is real money on top of the trailer.
Servicing scales with how long you keep it and how hard it is used. A single-day event with one drop-off may need no return visit, while a weekend or a busy crowd needs the holding tanks pumped and the unit restocked between uses. Set the visit count to match your booking, because each visit is a truck and a fee.
This is the trailer and its own kit. Tables, tents, catering equipment, hand-wash stations beyond the trailer's own sinks, and any permit your venue requires are separate, and they are not in this total.
