Pole barn cost per square foot calculator

Work out what a pole barn will cost from the footprint and the rates you set. A single price per square foot is misleading, because it usually covers the post-frame shell alone: the posts, the trusses, and the metal roof and siding. The concrete floor is a separate choice, since many pole barns keep a gravel or dirt floor, and the overhead doors, entry doors, and windows are priced by the opening.
